SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR Supporters of our Community and Local Businesses

Kiwanis de Amigos has been serving the children of the greater Tucson Community for 28 years. We have been doing so with the generous support of members, local residents, and businesses. There are two ways to contribute:

Pay Pal—If you wish to remain anonymous and simply contribute a one time payment, you may use Pay Pal and donate using this technique. This is a simple way to participate and help children and families in Tucson. Pay Pal is located on our home page [Click here].
Annual Sponsor—In 2008 we initiated a new and comprehensive program so sponsors could be associated with all of our club’s activities.

Some of our major events and activities include:

1.    Kiwanis de Amigos Relays Track Meet for Middle Schools at Drachman Track and Field Stadium, University of Arizona
   -Since 2001 with over 1,000 area families

2. Rattlesnake Run Cross Country Meet at Columbus Park
-Since 2002 with over 500 families

3. Train youth to be leaders through Kiwanis clubs at elementary (K-Kids), high school (Key Clubs), and university (Circle K—as faculty advisor) levels.

4. Holiday shopping spree for underprivileged children and their families where we purchase presents selected by them for their family members.

However, over time, we have contributed our time, energy, and resources to many other groups. Here are some examples:

So how can you participate? You can select any of the following sponsorship packages:

Blue Ribbon ($2,000+)
-Reserved seating at key events and recognition by public address announcements
-Full-page ad in event program
-Banners displayed at the Relays
-Large logo on t-shirts
-Plaque presented at Kiwanis Club meeting with yearly inscription

Sustainer ($1,000)
-1/2 page ad in event program
-Banners displayed at Relays
-Recognition by public address announcements
-Logo featured on t-shirts
-Framed Kiwanis certificate

Red, White & Blue ($500)
-1/4 page ad in programs
-Ability to display a banner at the Relays
-Name and logo on event t-shirts
-Framed Kiwanis certificate

Supporter ($250)
-1/8 page ad in program
-Sponsors name on t-shirts
-Framed Kiwanis certificate

Patron ($100)
-Business card ad in program
-Framed Kiwanis certificate

Contributor ($50)
-Name listed in program
-Framed Kiwanis certificate

Note: All sponsors are listed on Club sponsored signs at events involving the public.

And what are the benefits for sponsors?

The program provides greater visibility for individuals, organizations, and businesses. Some of the benefits include:

Tax deduction for donation to 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation
Reach over 1,000 families at the Relays with signs and programs listing you as a sponsor
Reach 500 area families at the Rattlesnake Run
A major portion of the community will see your sponsorship of Kiwanis
Show your support and commitment for the community
Know that your money donated will go directly back to the community
Provide a focus on children and youth
Visibility for company, organization, or individual in the community
Your funds add to over $250,000 contributed during the last 15 years to the community
